Each individual may hold only one account on a6win. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If a6win detects that the same individual has opened multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details, payment information or identity documents change, you must update your account accordingly. a6win may request additional identity verification at any time and is entitled to suspend account activity until verification is satisfactorily completed.

a6win reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where there is reason to believe the registration is fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

All deposits on a6win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept or hold funds in any other currency. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly from your JazzCash account.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits via Easypaisa.
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard transfers from any major Pakistan bank account.
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistan banks.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet providers as listed on the deposit page.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier. a6win does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

Deposits are credited to your a6win balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. If that method is unavailable, a6win will process the withdrawal to another verified method registered on your account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Same business day for standard accounts; priority processing for VIP Gold and above.
• Raast: Same business day in most cases.
• Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Cards & Wallets: Processing times follow the individual provider's timelines.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account must be completed. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will not be processed until the requirement is met or the bonus is declined.

a6win reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure to protect the account holder and the platform. a6win offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which will include wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates and any maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus winnings.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means PKR 20,000 must be wagered before the bonus converts.
• Only stakes made with real money (not bonus funds) count towards meeting wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any un-wagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

a6win offers sports betting markets across Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules for that sport. Generally, bets on matches that do not reach their minimum completion threshold will be voided and the stake returned.
• For Cricket markets — including PSL, T20, Test and One Day Internationals — match winner bets require the match to reach at least its scheduled minimum overs for settlement unless the result is determined before that point (e.g. by Duckworth-Lewis method).
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet request is submitted. a6win reserves the right to decline live bet requests where the market has moved significantly between submission and acceptance.
• Obvious errors in odds — including pricing errors caused by system issues — do not constitute valid bets. a6win reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds and will communicate this to affected players.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary based on account tier and market type.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement. PKR winnings can be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 4.

All Casino games — including Slots, Live Casino, Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat — are provided by third-party game suppliers integrated into the a6win platform. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

For Live Casino games, the outcome is determined by the physical actions of a live dealer streamed in real time. Technical disconnections during a live game session do not void the round in progress — the game outcome will be determined by the dealer and settled based on the result recorded by the live stream system.

Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once the game round has begun. The a6win VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on VIP points earned through real-money activity on the platform. Points are accumulated across Sports Betting, Casino and Bingo.

VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority, free Bingo tickets, deposit bonuses and account manager access are assigned based on the active tier at the time the benefit is earned or applied. Benefits are not retroactive — upgrading to a higher tier applies benefits from the upgrade date forward.

Tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the minimum activity level required for a tier may result in tier demotion at the next review period. Players will receive advance notice of any downgrade and will retain benefits at the current tier until the review date.

• Actions taken by the user that breach these Terms and Conditions.

In all cases, a6win's maximum liability to any individual user for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of funds deposited by that user and held in their account at the time of the claim. a6win is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses.
